Steve Kargol has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the consumer goods industry. Steve began their career at PepsiCo in 1996 as a Region Sales Manager for Gatorade Company. From 1999 to 2002, they served as Customer Development Manager at Quaker Food & Beverage, another division of PepsiCo. In 2003, Steve took on the role of Sr. National Account Manager for Sam's Club at Gatorade Company.
In 2008, Steve joined Frito Lay, Inc., a subsidiary of PepsiCo, as Director of Sales for Walmart. Steve continued to climb the corporate ladder, holding positions such as Sr. Director of Sales for Walmart, Sr. Director / General Manager of Sam's Club, and Sr. Director of Sales Strategy & Commercialization.
In 2014, Steve transitioned to Anderson Merchandisers as Vice President / General Manager. Steve held this position until December 2016.
In March 2017, Steve joined La Tortilla Factory as Sr. Director of Sales for National Accounts. Steve has been in this role since then.

Steve Kargol attended Northern Illinois University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
