Matthieu Kohlmeyer has extensive work experience in the food industry. In 2002, they founded La Tourangelle, a company dedicated to producing high-quality food items. Matthieu served as the Founder & CEO, overseeing production facilities in France and California. La Tourangelle focuses on creating food that is beneficial for the table, community, and the planet. Matthieu's role involved leading a team of explorers and builders, ensuring the authenticity and quality of the craft. In 2021, they became the President of La Tourangelle. Additionally, they worked as a Strategic Advisor for Climax Foods and Lypid in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
Matthieu Kohlmeyer received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business/Trade/Commerce-Entrepreneurship from NEOMA Business School, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. In addition, they pursued Executive Education in Agribusiness at Harvard Business School and Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Furthermore, in 2000, Matthieu Kohlmeyer attended Université Laval for an MBA program with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Project Management.
