Jodie Yip is a seasoned concierge at La Tourelle Resort & Spa since January 2013, specializing in comprehensive concierge services for a diverse clientele, including executive and international guests. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant and Mentor at Fancy Hands, where virtual assistance and mentoring were key responsibilities, and a Guest Services Intern at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, focusing on operations and guest inquiries. Additionally, Jodie coordinated exhibitions at Xspace, fostering relationships within the art community and managing events. An alumnus of Cornell University, Jodie holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration, earned between 2012 and 2016.
