Nicole Spratt

Nicole Spratt has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nicole began their career in 2001 as a Relationship Manager at ANZ, where they managed a portfolio of customers and increased revenue through building relationships. Nicole then moved on to roles such as Senior Manager in Credit Risk, Risk Executive, and Head of Credit (Acting) at ANZ, where they were responsible for enhancing risk management capabilities and making credit judgments.

In 2013, Spratt joined ME Bank as a General Manager in Credit Risk, where they established good governance practices and improved the bank's scorecards and serviceability mechanisms. Nicole also implemented a Business Rules Engine.

Nicole later joined ANZ again in 2015 as a Senior Manager in Project Management, where they led the strategy and implementation of a new operating model for the bank's Institutional Division. Nicole also managed a team of Credit Managers and undertook credit judgments.

Spratt served as the CEO of Netball Northern Zone & Norther Mystics from 2017 to 2019 before joining La Trobe Financial as the Deputy Head of Credit in November 2019.

Throughout their career, Spratt has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and credit analysis skills. Nicole has also been involved in process improvement and policy development.

Nicole Spratt has a diverse education history. In 1981 to 1988, they attended Wantirna High School where they completed their secondary education. Then, from 1991 to 1998, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance & Accounting at Deakin University. Following this, they participated in the CPA Australia Program from 1999 to 2003 to obtain their CPA Program certification. In 2011 to 2014, Nicole attended Deakin University again, this time completing a Post Graduate Diploma in International Relations. Lastly, they hold a certification titled "Working with Children," although no additional details about this certification are provided.
