Ed Bailey

Ed Bailey is an experienced professional with a strong background in data insights and business planning, having served as Associate Director at La Trobe University from August 2019 to July 2022. In this role, Ed led teams in business planning while enhancing data literacy and performance management across the University. Prior to this position, Ed held several significant roles, including Senior Manager of Data Insights and Planning and Governance, contributing to innovative decision-making through data utilization. Previous experience includes serving as Corporate Performance Manager for Cherwell District Council and South Northamptonshire Council, and Senior Consultant at INPHASE Limited, where Ed implemented performance and project management solutions for various public sector organizations. Ed's career began at West Dorset District Council as a Revenues Officer and progressed through roles at Shropshire County Council as a Performance Officer.
