Shannon Hagen

Shannon Hagen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in admissions, wellness, and sales. Currently serving as an Admissions Administrator at La Ventana Treatment Programs since September 2019, Shannon provides solutions for families and referral partners in mental health and substance abuse treatment, prioritizing relationship building. Previously, Shannon held the position of Director of Admissions at Optimum Performance Institute, focusing on young adults confronting mental health challenges. Earlier roles include Wellness Director at Meridian Senior Living, Medical Staffing Consultant at All’s Well Health Care Services, and various leadership positions in sales and development at Los Angeles Newspaper Group and Los Angeles Daily News.
