Jim Reilly

Jim Reilly has over 30 years of work experience in the furniture industry. Jim started their career at Flexsteel Industries Inc in 1990 as a Sales Representative and stayed with the company until 1994. In that same year, they joined La-Z-Boy Residential as a Sales Representative and worked their way up to Regional Vice President - Sales in 2006. Jim then became the Vice President of Sales in 2008. Jim Reilly's expertise lies in sales and leadership roles within the furniture industry.

Jim Reilly attended the University of Iowa from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications. In 2012, they briefly enrolled at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on Strategic Sales Management.
