Mark Silverman

Mark Silverman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Reporting at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since August 2019, Mark previously held positions as Manager of Financial Reporting and at Flagstar Bank as Accounting Manager and Lead Financial Reporting and Accounting Specialist. Mark's career started at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assurance Senior Associate. Mark holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
