Susan Harrell has extensive experience in the furniture industry, having worked at La-Z-Boy since October 2008. Currently serving as Sales Lead, Susan is responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and in-depth knowledge of La-Z-Boy products and services. This role includes fostering long-term customer relationships to enhance sales and profitability, along with leading the selling team to achieve sales objectives and maintain store standards. Prior to this position, Susan worked as a Customer Service Specialist at LA-Z Boy Furniture Gallery from October 2008 until December 2022, before retiring.
