Tessa Bierlein

Tessa Bierlein possesses extensive experience in talent development, design, and merchandising within the furniture and music industries. Currently serving as Talent Development Administrator at La-Z-Boy Incorporated since July 2012, Tessa has held various positions including District Sales Manager and Director of Design, Merchandising, & Training. Prior to La-Z-Boy, Tessa contributed to Dunn-Edwards Corporation as a Residential Color Specialist and worked with The Sofa Company as a Design Expert. Tessa's early career includes roles as Creative Coordinator at OLE SONGS LLC, along with internships in music supervision and record label operations. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University and furthered education at FIDM.
