Melody Lee has a diverse background in hospitality and marketing with extensive experience in various roles. Initial experience at St. Regis Hotel as a Front Desk Trainee laid a solid foundation in customer service. Subsequent positions included Reservations Manager at St. Jane Hotel and Assistant Guest Services Manager at The Peninsula Chicago LLC, where responsibilities encompassed operational oversight and team training. Notably, Melody held several roles at Expedia Group, including Market Associate and Strategic Partnerships Manager, focusing on market support and technical guidance for lodging partners. Additional expertise includes event preparation as a Marketing Intern at Peter Michael Winery and event coordination at The Vineyard at Stockcross. Melody holds a BS in International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and is currently involved in accommodation operations for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games.
