Astrid De Winter

Astrid De Winter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management across various companies. Currently serving as Head of Operations at LAAIEND since December 2020, Astrid previously held significant roles at bol.com, including Lead Project Management for the Retail Media Group and Head of Operations for the same group from January 2019 to April 2020. Prior to bol.com, Astrid worked at Sanoma as Manager of Project Management in Sales and Performance & Brand Solutions, along with roles as Project Manager for Marketing Partnerships and Product Manager for parenting from January 2011 to October 2018. Early career experiences include positions as Project Manager at NOISE Amsterdam, Account Executive at edividual, and Account Assistant at Het Hoofdbureau, among others, beginning with an internship in the PR department at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Astrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and a Propedeuse in Film and Television Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
