Charles O'Donnell

Charles O'Donnell has extensive work experience in the marketing and product development field. Charles started their career at Gemini Valve in 1998 as a Product Design Engineer, where they worked until 2001. Charles then joined Emerson Electric, where they held multiple roles, including Sales Engineer from 2001 to 2004 and Marketing Manager from 2004 to 2009. At Emerson Electric, they were responsible for overall marketing and new product development direction for the Baumann business unit. Charles successfully managed multiple new product development projects globally. In 2010, O'Donnell joined Laars Heating Systems as a Product Marketing Manager, and in 2012, they were promoted to Director of Marketing.

Charles O'Donnell completed their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Charles obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree from the University of New Hampshire. Charles then pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Mathematics, during the period from 1993 to 1998. Later on, Charles pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of New Hampshire. Charles completed this degree in 2007. During their MBA studies, Charles specialized in the Entrepreneurial track.
