Lou Vorsteveld

Lou Vorsteveld's work experience includes:

- From July 2019 to present, Lou worked as the Sr. Director of Engineering at Laars Heating Systems.

- From November 2013 to September 2017, Lou held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Aerco International, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for the development of boilers and commercial condensing tankless water heaters, controls engineering, sustaining engineering, and technical service groups. Lou also drove growth in hybrid technologies and energy recovery systems.

- From July 2010 to July 2012, Lou served as the VP Engineering / QC & Operations at Triangle Tube Phase III. Lou was responsible for engineering, quality control, and operations, and ensured the timely delivery of new products.

- From January 2009 to June 2010, Lou held the position of Sr. VP of Sales Canada at Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. During their tenure, they implemented operational improvements and achieved a 30% sales growth.

- From January 2000 to December 2008, Lou served as the VP/GM & President/CEO at Bosch Thermotechnology Corp / Buderus Hydronic Systems Inc. Lou was responsible for the sales, operations, and technical groups of the US-based company, which sold space heating and water heating products in the North American market. Lou provided overall vision and leadership and had P/L responsibility.

Lou Vorsteveld attended the University of Vermont from 1979 to 1988. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), and Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
