Davide Palmisano

Davide Palmisano is a co-founder and Chief Data Officer at Lab 1, a company that focuses on identifying and mitigating the impact of compromised data. Prior to this role, they worked as a software engineer at Faculty from 2017 to 2020. Davide also served as a Technical Team Lead at Expedia, Inc. from 2015 to 2017 and at Peerindex from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Peerindex from 2013 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Head of Research and Development at Sourcesense from 2011 to 2013 and as a Software Engineer at Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK-irst) from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they held the position of Head of Research and Development at Asemantics from 2008 to 2010. Davide started their career as a Students' union representative at Università degli Studi Roma Tre - Board of Directors from 2002 to 2008.

Davide Palmisano completed their MSc in Computer Engineering from Università degli studi Roma TRE, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.
