Luke Wilson-Mawer has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Luke started their career as a Java Developer at Gamesys, where they worked on various high-profile projects and led a team as a Java Team Lead.

After Gamesys, Luke joined Brandwatch Peerindex as an Engineering Manager and Software Architect. Luke led an Agile Engineering team in building Peerindex's big data platform and played a key role in the company's acquisition by Brandwatch.

Luke then became involved in startup ventures, joining Rokk3r Labs as CTO for the EMEA region and later participating in Entrepreneur First as an entrepreneur. Luke founded Juliet Analytics, an Employee First company, where they served as CEO.

Luke's entrepreneurship journey continued with their role as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder at KYND, a cyber risk management company. Luke played a crucial role in developing the KYND product and platform, raising seed funding, and building an engineering team.

Additionally, Luke worked as a Director at Onward Labs, a technical advisory and development consultancy focusing on startups and growth companies. Luke also served as a Chief Technology Officer at Endell, where they created a dark web monitoring arm for a business information company.

Most recently, Luke joined Lab 1 as the Chief Technology Officer, putting their expertise to use in this new role. Throughout their career, Luke has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to successful projects.

Luke Wilson-Mawer has a diverse education history. In 2001, they began studying at UCL, where they pursued a degree in Theoretical Physics, and they completed their studies in 2005. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera Verified Certificates, in collaboration with EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne).

In recent years, Luke has shown a keen interest in business and finance. In 2019, they were admitted to both the London Business School and the University of Oxford, where they pursued Executive MBA programs.
