Artie Gunston Cpa

Artie Gunston, CPA, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Artie began their career in 2004 as a Staff Accountant at Albrecht, Viggiano, Zureck & Company. From there, they worked as an Internal Auditor at Henry Schein in 2005 and later became a Senior Accountant/SOX Auditor at Cablevision from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, Artie joined Quality Fragrance Group as an Assistant Controller, and they held this position until 2012.

In 2012, Artie worked as an Assistant Controller at Innovative Global Brands, LLC before moving to Personal Communications Devices (PCD) in the same role. However, PCD went bankrupt, and Artie left in 2013.

Following their time at PCD, Artie joined Rufus Labs as the Director of Finance in 2013. Artie held this position until 2017.

Artie also worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Accounting at Suffolk County Community College in 2014.

Currently, Artie is the Chief Financial Officer and EVP at Lab-Aids, a position they have held since 2015. Throughout their career, Artie has demonstrated their skills and expertise in finance, accounting, and auditing, along with their leadership qualities as a President at Arthur O. Gunston, CPA, P.C.

Artie Gunston, CPA, MBA attended Harborfields High School, although the exact years of attendance are unknown. After high school, they enrolled in Suffolk County Community College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Accounting. Artie then continued their education at St. Joseph's University in New York from 2003 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. In June 2010, Artie Gunston obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of New York. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at St. Joseph's University from 2010 to 2013.
