Molly Howell is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in K-12 educational sales and strategy. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager at Lab-Aids since August 2023, Molly previously held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at engage2learn and Vice President of Sales for the South and Southwest regions at Illuminate Education, Inc., where expertise in data analytics and strategic alignment was applied. Additional roles include Vice President of Sales at Carnegie Learning, where efforts transformed math education, and various leadership positions at Pearson, where sales growth strategies and team revitalization were implemented. With a solid educational background, including a BS in Education from Auburn University and an M Ed from Georgia State University, Molly Howell has consistently surpassed revenue targets and driven sales success across multiple educational sectors.

For over 60 years, we’ve been at the forefront of developing, manufacturing, and publishing core curriculum and supplementary programs that help students better understand science concepts through direct experience. In a typical school year, Lab-Aids students spend over two-thirds of their instructional days doing screen-free labs and investigations. Driven by the evidence collected from our research partners, we focus on making science class meaningful and relevant to students through impactful phenomena and hands-on experiences.
