Sarah Benz

Sarah Benz has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sarah started their career at Lab Talent Advisors & LabTemps in 2005, working as a Sales Associate and later transitioning to a Marketing Coordinator. Sarah then advanced to the role of Recruiting Manager before becoming a Director of Recruiting in 2013. From 2016 to 2023, they served as the Vice President of Recruiting.

In 2013, Sarah also joined Messina Group Consulting Solutions as a Director of Talent Acquisition. Sarah later took on the role of Vice President of Talent Acquisition in this company.

Most recently, Sarah has been working at Messina Talent Advisors as the Managing Director of Talent Advisory Solutions, where they focus on helping clients accelerate their growth and provides consulting services related to talent management.

Sarah Benz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2000 to 2004.
