Diliana Beeva

Diliana Beeva currently serves as a Partner at Vicinity, where the focus is on enhancing decision-making for investors and founders through AI technology and data-driven insights. As the Head of Culture & Partnerships at Lab08 since December 2019, Diliana assesses team dynamics and acts as a liaison between Lab08 and various stakeholders, while also leading marketing initiatives to bolster the Lab08 brand. Previously, Diliana held roles such as Talent Community Manager at Lab08, Customer Insights Specialist at UserTribe, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at DXC Technology, where recruitment and candidate management were key responsibilities. Diliana's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Licentiate degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from the Bulgarian Association for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
