John Chen

John Chen is a seasoned Senior Product UX Designer at Lab49, where work includes major clients such as JPMorgan Chase, BlackRock, and Fidelity Investments since October 2021. Previously, John served as the Product Design UX Lead at J.P. Morgan, focusing on Corporate and Investment Banking applications from October 2017 to October 2021. John also contributed as a UX Architect for Fidelity Investments, inheriting a significant enterprise account-information portal, and has held positions at UBS Wealth Management and NBC News, among others. John’s education includes a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Architecture from Auburn University and a program at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation in 2005.
