Maarten Heremans

Maarten Heremans has extensive work experience in the field of digital HR. In 2005, they started working at NorthgateArinso as an SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Expert Consultant. Maarten remained with the company for 13 years until September 2018. In October 2018, they founded their own company, Lab900, where they currently hold the position of Founder, Project Lead, and Digital HR Expert.

Maarten Heremans has an education history that includes studying Economics and Management at Vlekho Business School Brussels from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Maarten has also obtained several certifications. In 2008, they earned the certification of SAP HCM (Solution Consultant Human Resources) from SAP. In 2011, they became a SAP Certified Application Professional by completing the SAP HCM Talent Management EHP5 program. In 2014, they obtained the SuccessFactors - THR80 Introduction to Mastery certification from SuccessFactors. In 2015, they also completed the SuccessFactors - THR88 LMS (Learning module) certification. Finally, in 2020, Maarten became a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through Scrum.org.
