Guillaume Buell

Guillaume Buell is a Partner at Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP, serving in the New York and London offices since 2021. In this role, Guillaume represents a diverse array of institutional investors across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe in matters related to global securities litigation, corporate governance, and shareholder rights. Prior to becoming a Partner, Guillaume held the position of Counsel at Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP and other firms from 2009 to 2020. Guillaume earned a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. (cum laude) from Brandeis University.
