Joseph Cotilletta

Joseph Cotilletta is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in asbestos litigation, toxic torts, mass torts, and product liability. Serving as a Partner, Of Counsel, and Associate at Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP since August 2020, Joseph's previous roles include Senior Attorney at The Lanier Law Firm from October 2014 to August 2020, where Joseph achieved multiple seven-figure settlements through trial work. Prior legal positions include Attorney at Dell & Dean, PLLC, and the New York State Attorney General's Office, as well as an externship with U.S. District Court Judge Kim R. Gibson.
