Lauren Deloach

Lauren DeLoach is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in education and sales. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at Labatt Food Service since August 2018, Lauren previously held the position of Culinary Instructor at Comal Independent School District from August 2013 to 2018, where responsibilities included lesson planning, curriculum design, and advising the Family Consumer and Career Leaders of America, earning the title of Smithson Valley High School Teacher of the Year in 2016. Prior to that, Lauren worked at York School District One, establishing curriculum and successfully guiding SkillsUSA competitors, and began the culinary journey as a Catering Chef at The Citadel and Front of House at Pot au Feu Bistro. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Nutrition and a Master of Arts in Culinary Education/Secondary Special Education, both from Johnson & Wales University.
