Randal B. Chinnock

Randal B. Chinnock is an experienced technology executive and entrepreneur with a diverse background in optics and medical device development. Currently serving as Interim CTO at Labby, Inc., Randal is involved in the commercialization of optical instruments for the dairy industry. As Chief Executive Officer of CGD Sensors, LLC, Randal oversees the development of a patented optical instrument for tooth viability assessment. Randal founded and directs the Southbridge Tech Incubator, fostering startup growth with industry expertise. Additional roles include Principal Consultant at Optimum Technologies, specializing in optics-based life science products, and previous positions include founder and president of Henke Sass Wolf of America, product development manager at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, and managerial roles in early career stages. Randal completed a Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School and holds a BS in Engineering Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
