Amber Davies

Amber (Umble) Davies has extensive experience in biospecimen operations and bioanalytical services, currently serving as the Executive Director of Global Biospecimen Operations at LabConnect since January 2018. Amber's responsibilities include managing staff under a Functional Service Provider model, leading bioanalytical services, and developing solutions for complex client issues. Previous roles at LabConnect encompass positions such as Sr. Manager and Manager of Bioanalytical Services, focusing on regulated GCP activities and study monitoring. Prior to LabConnect, Amber worked at AbbVie as a Senior Clinical Supply Project Manager, ensuring the timely availability of investigational drug supplies, and held various roles in bioanalytical services at Amgen and Abgenix. Amber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Iowa State University in 2004.
