Alayna Beidler

Alayna (Soehlke) Beidler serves as the Executive Director and Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO at Labcorp since April 2021, previously holding roles as Senior Director and Director of Corporate Strategy. Prior experience includes working at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from August 2013 to March 2021, where Alayna advanced from Consultant to Principal, with a notable year spent in the Zurich office as part of a global program and completing a sponsored MBA at Kellogg. Earlier roles include serving as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Kellogg Center for Family Enterprises. Alayna earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and holds a BA in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics.
