Aparna Prasad, PhD, possesses extensive experience in genetic research and variant analysis, with a career spanning from a project assistant position at the National Institute of Immunology to roles such as Variant Scientist II at Progenity, Inc., and Variant Analysis Scientist 3 at Invitae and Labcorp. Key contributions include variant interpretation for hereditary cancer and carrier screening, development of clinical reports, and support for clinical operations. Research expertise encompasses somatic mutations, neurodevelopmental disorders, and genomic analysis of various diseases.
