Herling Domena

Herling Domena, MLER, possesses a diverse background in both human resources and laboratory science. Experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at GENEWIZ, where responsibilities encompassed supporting recruitment, internship programs, and HR projects. In laboratory roles, tasks included performing PCR assays and sequencing, managing customer accounts, and preparing DNA templates at various positions, culminating in the current role as a Genomic Technologist at Labcorp. Herling is also a Site Safety Officer and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science, as well as a Master of Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers University.
