Julie Schoenagel

Julie Schoenagel, AIA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Global Real Estate at Labcorp since August 2022. With extensive experience in corporate real estate, strategic planning, project and vendor management, design and construction, and workplace operations, Julie effectively partners with senior leadership to influence future state initiatives. Prior to Labcorp, Julie held the position of Director of Real Estate Services at BlueCross BlueShield of NC from November 2008 to July 2022. Earlier in Julie's career, significant contributions were made as a Strategic Planner and Senior Project Manager at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, overseeing the design and construction of over 2 million square feet of workspace in North Carolina. Julie’s foundational experience includes roles as an Architectural Intern at Neal Prince Architects and a Project Architect at Erick Timber Architects. Julie holds both a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Design from Clemson University.
