Kendra Canady

Kendra Canady serves as the Director of HR Business Partner at Labcorp since April 2013, where responsibilities include strategic business partnering to enhance performance and identify talent gaps through succession planning. Previously, Kendra held the position of Talent Acquisition Leader, optimizing the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, and served as a Human Resources Consultant, providing HR operations and support to over 1,500 employees. Prior to Labcorp, Kendra worked as a Regional Account Manager, managing client accounts across multiple states. Kendra also gained experience as a Professional Coach and Speaker at Dynamic Destiny, LLC, and as a Senior Neuroscience Pharmaceutical Sales Professional at Eli Lilly and Company, where market expansion led to exceeding sales quotas. Kendra holds a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing, graduating Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
