Kent Pearson

Kent Pearson is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in monitoring and operations across several organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Enterprise Monitoring and Operations at Labcorp since April 2022, Kent previously held the position of Director of Monitoring Engineering at MetLife, where responsibilities included strategic ownership of infrastructure monitoring and leading a high-performing team. Prior to MetLife, Kent managed the Business Service Management team at Volvo IT, focusing on team engagement and process improvements, and has held various roles at IBM Global Services and the United States Postal Service. Kent's educational background includes a degree from Virginia Tech.
