Nancy Harrison

Nancy Harrison is an experienced compensation professional with a strong background in executive and sales compensation. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Executive and Sales Compensation at LabCorp since September 2017, Nancy oversees the global equity program and manages incentive design and executive offer processes. Previously, Nancy held leadership positions at Unisys as Senior Director and Director of Executive Compensation, where responsibilities included incentive design and preparation of compensation committee materials. Earlier in career, Nancy worked at Mercer as a Principal, leading compensation projects across diverse industries. Nancy holds an MBA/MILR in HR/Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from Ursinus College.
