Pam Randleman serves as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions-HR at Labcorp since March 2020, where leadership in implementing business development activities within Human Resources is provided. Previously, Pam held the position of Interim Vice President of Human Resources at Women's Care Florida for a brief period in early 2020. From October 2014 to November 2019, Pam worked as the Program Director for Mergers & Acquisitions in Human Resources at Quest Diagnostics, managing all aspects of the deal life cycle in collaboration with key stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Solstas Lab Partners, overseeing human resources during the merger with Carilion Labs in 2010 and subsequent laboratory acquisitions. Pam Randleman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Elon University.
