Sagar Deshpande

Sagar Deshpande is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management and operations. Currently serving as Director and India Controller at Labcorp Drug Development since August 2010, Sagar has successfully led finance teams across multiple countries, overseeing comprehensive accounting, compliance, and business finance functions. Prior experience includes key roles such as Associate Director of Finance at Sciformix, where Sagar facilitated the company's acquisition by Covance and managed various financial and auditing responsibilities. Sagar has also held managerial positions in other organizations, including MISUMI, where the Indian office was established, and Turbo Gears India Private Limited, where treasury and accounting functions were controlled. Sagar is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed foundational education at Bal Vidya Mandir High School.
