Sarah Douglas-Martinez

Sarah Douglas-Martinez is an experienced executive in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Executive Sales Leader for National Accounts Physician Systems and Value Based Care at Labcorp since January 2023. Sarah is a founding member of Chief, holding this position from August 2020 to August 2024. Prior to Labcorp, Sarah held various leadership roles at BioTel Heart, including VP of National Accounts and VP of Strategic Accounts from September 2016 to January 2023. Previous experience includes significant positions at Roche as National Government OP Business Manager and Great Lakes Regional Business Manager, alongside roles at Medline Industries as Director of Marketing for Primary Care and at CCS Medical as Director of Midwest Sales. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Aurora University between 1997 and 1999.
