Serene Mireles is a strategic leader with over 26 years of experience in customer research and insights. They co-founded Rivet in 2021, where they designed and launched a minimum viable product while conducting essential customer research to inform the product roadmap. At Invitae, Serene served as Director of Product Design, leading the design team and establishing customer research practices to enhance the user experience. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Design for Invitae Customer Experience at Labcorp, focusing on integrating customer-centered design across the product portfolio. Additionally, Serene co-founded MB Collab, which emphasizes innovation and collaboration in organizational problem-solving.
