Susan Chen

Susan Chen is a skilled Director of Lab Operations with a strong background in technology, products, and profitability at Labcorp Employer Services. With previous roles as a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services at Duff & Phelps and an Audit Associate at PwC, Susan has cultivated a robust expertise in finance and consulting. They earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and an MBA from Duke University, where they were recognized as a Forté Fellow. Currently, Susan is consulting with Vaco and serves as Senior Vice President of Finance at The Hardenbergh Group.
