Tim Hayes

Tim Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) leadership. Currently serving as Executive Director of Risk Management at Labcorp since March 2013, Tim previously held key positions at Covance, where expertise in EHS leadership and strategy was demonstrated from 2010 to 2013. Earlier in Tim's career at Johnson & Johnson (1994 - 2010), leadership spanned various roles, including Director of Travel Services and Director of Business Services, where significant operational improvements and cost reductions were achieved. Tim’s foundational experience in ergonomics at Ethicon from 1986 to 1994 emphasizes a strong commitment to safety and injury reduction. Tim holds both a Master's in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
