Brent Browning

Brent Browning has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brent started their career as a Research Assistant and System Administrator at the University of Colorado in 1983. In 1989, they joined Sun Microsystems, Inc. as a Senior Staff Software Engineer, where they worked until 1998. During this time, Brent worked on various software engineering projects.

Following their time at Sun Microsystems, Brent joined Infoseek / GO Network as a Director of Engineering in 1998. In 1999, they transitioned to Propel Software Corporation, where they served as the VP of Engineering until 2001. At Propel Software Corporation, Brent played a crucial role in leading and managing the engineering team.

In 2001, Brent joined Labcyte, Inc. as a Senior Director of Engineering, a position they still hold as of now. At Labcyte, Inc., Brent has been responsible for overseeing the company's engineering projects and has made significant contributions to the development of new technologies.

Most recently, Brent Browning joined Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in 2019 as the Senior Director of Hardware/Software Engineering. In their current role, they are responsible for leading and managing the engineering team in the development and innovation of hardware and software solutions.

Throughout their career, Brent Browning has gained extensive experience in engineering leadership and has demonstrated their ability to drive successful technology projects.

Brent Browning completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder from 1983 to 1987. Brent then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university between 1987 and 1989.
