Former Senior Social Specialist with the US International Development Finance Corporation, Katy specializes in helping international investment clients design methods and programs to identify, avoid, reduce, and mitigate negative environmental and social impacts and to improve social performance, through the implementation of internationally accepted standards such as IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
