Kaelyn Davis

Kaelyn Davis, PWS, serves as the Associate Vice President and Southeast Regional Manager for the Environmental Division at LaBella Associates since July 2021. In this role, Kaelyn provides innovative solutions to clients navigating environmental studies and permitting in the DMV area, coordinating with stakeholders and agencies to streamline projects. Prior to this position, Kaelyn worked as a Senior Environmental Project Manager at ECS Limited and served in various roles at the Virginia Department of Transportation, including Senior Location Studies Coordinator and Environmental Specialist II, where responsibilities included coordinating NEPA studies and developing the Environmental Performance Program. Kaelyn also has experience in project management and environmental due diligence at ECS Limited and held roles related to biology and GIS at Virginia Commonwealth University and Timmons Group. Kaelyn holds a Master of Environmental Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, all from Virginia Commonwealth University and Longwood University.
