Russell Stoll

Russell Stoll is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Advisor at LaBella Associates since October 2023, Stoll has also contributed to the academic field as an Adjunct Faculty member at Erie Community College since 2005, specializing in Construction Management and Civil Technology. Stoll's previous roles include Executive Director/COO and Executive Engineer at the Erie County Water Authority, Director of Engineering at the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, and Senior Project Manager at TVGA Consultants, among others. With a robust educational foundation that includes a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo and an AAS in Construction Technology from Erie Community College, Stoll has consistently led engineering projects, managed teams, and developed business client relationships throughout a dynamic career spanning over three decades.
