Clément Bellier is currently a Chargé de mission RSE at Labeyrie Fine Foods, focusing on plant-based supply chains and ingredients. Previously, Clément held various positions at Labeyrie from 2016 to 2023, including Chef de produits and Chef de produits junior, managing product portfolios for the Delpierre brand. Clément began their career in 2013 as an Assistant Chef de produits for SNCF. They earned a Master’s degree in Marketing from Montpellier Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from De Montfort University, supplemented by preparatory studies at Lycée Saint Joseph du Loquidy.
