Nadine Coley, MS has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. Nadine.N began their career in 2005 as an Administrative Manager-Faculty Practice at Mount Sinai Health System. In 2009, they moved to The Mount Sinai Hospital as an Administrative Manager- Compliance, where they managed all aspects of the physician lease contracts to ensure compliance with stark laws. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Sr. Practice Manager at Jersey Health Alliance, where they pursued business opportunities in acquiring medical practices in pursuit of the organization’s business objectives. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Administrator at Queens Endoscopy, ASC, LLC, where they were responsible for promoting excellence in the quality of care provided to patients. From 2014 to 2017, Nadine worked as a Practice Administrator at Advantage Care Physicians, LLC, where they were responsible for the supervision of front-office and clinical staff. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Chief Operating Officer/HR Director and Director of Operations at Medical Offices of Manhattan. Currently, Nadine is the Chief Operating Officer at LabFinder.
