Robert Segal, M.D. has held a variety of positions since 1996. From 1996 to 2000, they were a Resident and Chief Resident in the Department of Internal Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. From 2000 to 2003, they were Chief Fellow in Fellowship Training in Cardiology at Maimonides Medical Center. From 2003 to 2010, they were a Partner and Diplomate in Cardiovascular Disease at East Side Medical and Cardiovascular Associates, P.C. From 2010 to 2012, they were President and Diplomate in Cardiovascular Disease at Manhattan Cardiology- Dr. Robert Segal, MD FACC- Manhattan Cardio. Finally, from 2013 to present, they have been the Founder and CEO of LabFinder.com, an online booking system for lab and radiology appointments.

Robert Segal, M.D. obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Boston University between 1988 and 1992. Robert went on to earn their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from St. George's University between 1992 and 1996. In 1999, they received their Diplomate in Internal Medicine. In 2003, they became a Diplomate in Cardiovascular Disease, F.A.C.C. from The American Board of Internal Medicine. Finally, in 2004, they achieved Board Certification in Nuclear Cardiology.
