The Management and Consultancy team at Labirinto Cooperativa Sociale is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of integrated management systems, coordinating private service offerings, and ensuring high standards in administrative operations. The team also focuses on the strategic development and commercialization of new projects, while providing specialized consultancy in areas such as adult disability services, autobiographical writing, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Through European project design and international collaborations, they work to expand Labirinto's impact beyond provincial borders, fostering regional, national, and transnational networks.
