Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Labirinto Cooperativa Sociale is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various socio-educational and socio-sanitary service projects. This team ensures the successful co-design, management, and implementation of both local and international initiatives, addressing the community's evolving needs innovatively. They also handle project finances and IT aspects, collaborate with other cooperatives, and integrate the cooperative into regional, national, and European networks.
