Thomas Lavalley

Thomas Lavalley has extensive experience in process maintenance and lean management, currently serving as Responsable maintenance process at Laboratoire Aguettant since October 2014. In this role, Thomas oversees a team of seven maintenance technicians and manages a maintenance budget of 500k€, alongside projects for new construction averaging 300k€/year and the establishment of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures. Previously, Thomas worked as Lean Manager, co-facilitating Kaizen workshops and leading projects for production equipment reliability. Early career experiences include managing a team during the launch of a new production line at Barilla Group, leading an industrialization project at Schneider Electric, and engaging in engineering studies at Arts et Métiers, culminating in an engineering degree in 2014.
